About the Founder
With a background in program and policy analysis, project management, and visual design, I specialize in turning complex information into clear, compelling reports. My experience spans government, non-profits and community movements, including work with REACT Winnipeg, Family Dynamics and Yélodo live , where I’ve led program evaluations, impact assessments, provided administrative support and reviewed policy to support funding, program development and decision-making.
Beyond analysis, my design expertise ensures reports aren’t just informative, but also visually engaging. Clear storytelling and professional presentation can make all the difference in how impact is communicated. CtrlSpace Ink was created to help non-profits simplify reporting, highlight outcomes, and share their stories effectively.

To support non-profits and small organizations, CtrlSpace Ink offers a one-time complimentary service for short projects. This initiative is designed to provide value while ensuring clear expectations.
Eligibility
- Available to non-profits, charities, and community organizations within Winnipeg.
- Limited to organizations working in addictions recovery, counseling and domestic violence support, family services, or immigrant support and literacy.
- First-time clients only.
Project Scope
This free service covers one of the following:
- Newsletter Design (up to 5 pages)
- Short Report (up to 3 pages)
- Basic Survey Design & Summary Analysis
Timeline & Revisions
- Project completion timeline will be agreed upon before work begins (typically 1-2 weeks).
- Includes one round of revisions; additional changes may be charged at standard rates.
Client Responsibilities
- Clear communication and timely provision of content, data, or necessary materials.
- Feedback for revisions must be provided within 5 business days of receiving the initial draft.
Limitations
- The free service is for short-term projects only and does not include extensive data analysis, complex visual design, or multi-stage reports.
- CtrlSpace Ink reserves the right to decline projects that exceed the outlined scope.
Acknowledgment
By accepting this free service, the client agrees that CtrlSpace Ink may reference the completed work as part of its portfolio (unless otherwise discussed).

Best For: Smaller, less complex reports or program summaries.
Survey Design & Feedback Analysis Package
- Price: $200
- What’s Included:
- Up to 2 surveys and survey analysis plus the above
- One round of revisions

Standard Impact Report Package

- What’s Included:
- All the above, plus 4 additional pages (total 10), In-depth analysis and 2 rounds of revisions

Grant & Fundraising Report Package
- Price: $400

- A comprehensive grant or fundraising report (up to 10 pages) with custom layout and design
